Seven years in marketing technology, and the job is always the same: reduce friction. If a process takes ten steps, I find a way to do it in three. HubSpot is my platform of choice — I've built complex workflows, trained teams from scratch, and pushed it further than most orgs realize it can go. But I've worked across stacks, inherited legacy systems, and learned how different platforms behave when they're forced to coexist.
Originally from the South, now holding it down in the Midwest with two dogs, good food, and the occasional chaotic karaoke night.
