I'm Ethan, 4x HubSpot certified across marketing, sales, inbound, and reporting, with seven years in marketing operations and five years owning HubSpot end to end, both in-house and on the agency side.

The pattern I keep seeing is what happens when HubSpot grows faster than the structure behind it. Properties multiply without governance. Workflows overlap. Sync issues go unresolved. Teams build their own workarounds, and the platform slowly stops being the source of truth.

That's the work I'm best at. I rebuild the architecture so workflows hold up, reporting is trusted, and the team stops working around the system.

Outside of work, I've got a golden retriever and a chow chow mix, who are my best friends.
