The page had a solid foundation. It explained the program, captured leads, and gave students a clear next step. But it was leaving conversions on the table.

Tracking was incomplete. One email capture path had a broken integration. The sign-up flow had an extra confirmation step adding unnecessary friction. On mobile, the layout broke in places and copy got hard to read. The form had fields that made the data messy on the back end.

The page didn't need a redesign. It needed someone to go through it carefully, find the gaps, and tell the team exactly what to fix.

The audit covered five areas: tracking, lead capture, form experience, messaging, and mobile performance. Each one got evaluated on its own terms — was the tracking actually firing, were leads being captured at every entry point, did the form create clean data, did the copy make the case, and did it all hold up on a phone.

Desktop and mobile got tested separately. Page speed was baselined on both. Every form field, CTA, and integration point was checked against what the page was supposed to do — get students to sign up.

The deliverable was a ranked list of nine fixes with reasoning, not a redesign. The page had a solid foundation. It just needed the gaps closed.

A broken email integration was silently killing one entire capture path
One sign-up flow wasn't being tracked at all — a missing conversion signal nobody had caught
An extra confirmation step was adding friction the team didn't know was there
Mobile was in worse shape than anyone realized — broken spacing, collapsed layouts, hard-to-read copy
Form fields were creating inconsistent data on the back end
The team got nine specific fixes ranked by priority, plus a page speed baseline — all without needing to start over
